Quality Objectives: Zero Defects
Direction:

1. Quality in Line with Requirements: Operating an organization, producing a product and servicing must satisfy customer’s requirements. We must be determined to do right for the first time, and clear our work to reach the goal by study and a cooperative atmosphere.

2. Quality System is Prevention: Quality system is prevention and eliminates errors before making mistake. Crosby considered that training, discipline, sample and guidance can produce prevention. We strive to create a work environment, taking prevention as orientation.  

3. Work Standard is Zero Defects (Work Correctly for the First Time): It is unendurable to be “More-or-less” quality attitude in “Zero Defects” quality management. We can’t ignore mistakes for high cost and must make efforts to live up to requirements.  

4. Quality Standard is “in Accordance with Requirements”: “Conformance to requirements” decides efficiency and management effectiveness.
